1. Who we are and the scope of this Policy

Converter X is a Codeeze Apps product operated by Leonardo Bilia, an independent developer based at Av. João XXI 573, 1B, 4715-035 Braga, Portugal. Codeeze Apps is the umbrella brand for his software projects and is not a separate incorporated company. Leonardo Bilia is the controller for processing determined directly by Converter X.

This Policy covers converterx.codeeze.com, Converter X for iPhone and Apple Watch, widgets, notifications, premium access and support. Apple, Google and other providers may act as independent controllers for their own purposes.

2. Data processed by the hotsite

The hotsite does not use analytics, advertising, marketing pixels, forms or tracking cookies. Clicking the support email address opens your email app, and you choose whether to send a message.

When the home page loads, your browser requests the public Bitcoin spot price from Coinbase. Coinbase receives the technical network data needed to answer that request, such as your IP address and browser information.

Hostinger and network infrastructure may log technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser user agent and security events. Those logs follow the provider's settings and retention practices.

3. Local app data without an account

Converter X does not require a user account and does not ask for your name or email address to use its core features.

Watchlists, selected currencies, settings, feature preferences, local reminders, usage counters and similar app state are stored on your device or in the shared Apple app group used by Converter X, its widgets and watch components. Inputs for security tools and generated secrets are intended to be processed locally. Clipboard access occurs only when you choose a copy or paste action.

Deleting Converter X removes data in the app container according to Apple platform behavior. Some information controlled independently by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or other providers is subject to their policies and retention rules.

4. Data processed to operate the app

The data actually processed depends on the features, permissions, device, region and privacy choices you use.

  • Currency and market requests: selected symbols, amount or range, request timing, IP address and technical network data needed to return current or historical values.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: app interactions, feature categories, app and system version, device information, language, performance, crashes and permitted identifiers used to understand reliability and improve features.
  • Remote configuration: app installation identifier, app version and technical information used to retrieve feature settings and protect staged rollouts.
  • Notifications: device or installation token, topic preferences, reminder schedule and data needed to deliver requested local or remote notifications.
  • Purchases: product, subscription status, Apple receipt or transaction information and an identifier specific to the app processed through Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Advertising: consent status, privacy choices, device and app information, ad interactions and advertising or first party identifiers when available and permitted.
  • Support: your email address and any message, attachments or technical details you choose to send.

5. Permissions and purposes

Converter X may request notification permission when you use reminders or communications that need it. You can deny or later withdraw permission in system settings. Apple Watch, widgets and clipboard actions depend on Apple platform services and choices you make.

We use data to provide conversions and market information, remember local preferences, deliver requested reminders and notifications, recognize premium access, configure features, measure reliability, prevent abuse, display ads according to applicable choices, respond to support and comply with law.

6. Smart Input and AI on your device

On compatible devices, Smart Input and Learn More AI use Apple's Foundation Models on the device. The text you enter and the generated response are not sent by Converter X to an external AI provider to generate that response.

An analytics event may record that a Smart Input feature succeeded, used a fallback or reached a quota, together with a broad action category. Converter X is not designed to send the full command written in natural language as an analytics parameter.

If you copy, share or act on a result, it is then processed by the destination or feature you choose.

7. Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on appropriate legal bases: performance of a contract for features you request and premium access; consent for notifications, personalized advertising or optional identifiers where required; proportionate legitimate interests in security, diagnostics, support and improvement; and compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent through available privacy options inside the app, iOS settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent an optional feature from working.

8. Providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, fulfil your request, protect users, manage purchases, display ads according to your choices or comply with law.

  • Google Firebase: Analytics, Cloud Messaging and Remote Config for usage measurement, notifications, configuration, availability and security.
  • Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: advertising, consent choices, fraud prevention and measurement.
  • RevenueCat: subscription status and premium access, including an identifier specific to the app, device or system information and Apple receipt or transaction data.
  • Apple: App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, notifications, device services, Apple Watch, widgets and Foundation Models on your device.
  • Hostinger and network infrastructure: website hosting, delivery, availability and security.
  • Coinbase and other market data providers: the public Bitcoin spot price shown on the hotsite and current or historical currency or cryptocurrency information requested by the app.
  • Authorities or parties to a business transaction, only where required or permitted by law and with appropriate safeguards.

9. Advertising, choices and international transfers

The free version may use Google Mobile Ads. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before data is used for personalized advertising. Ads that are not personalized can still use contextual and limited technical data for delivery, frequency control, security, fraud prevention and measurement.

You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from Converter X settings and manage Apple tracking permission in iOS settings where applicable. Providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers use recognized contractual or legal safeguards.

10. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until you clear it, change the relevant setting or delete the app, subject to Apple platform behavior. Notification tokens generally remain while notifications are enabled or until they are refreshed or invalidated.

Analytics, advertising, purchase, security and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, provider operation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations. Exact periods can vary by data type and provider.

Converter X has no user account to delete. To request access to or deletion of data we control, email us. For data controlled by Apple, Google or another provider, use that provider's privacy controls or contact process.

11. Your rights and children's protection

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Converter X is a general audience utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through a Converter X account because the app has no account system. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal data through support or another feature without appropriate authorization.

12. Security, changes and contact

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures and provider security features. No system is entirely free from risk. Protect your device and do not send passwords, encryption keys or unnecessary sensitive information through support.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in Converter X, its providers or law. To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, email codeeze@codeeze.com.
