1. About Converter X

Converter X is a Codeeze Apps product operated by Leonardo Bilia, an independent developer based at Av. João XXI 573, 1B, 4715-035 Braga, Portugal. Codeeze Apps is the umbrella brand for his software projects and is not a separate incorporated company.

The app provides currency and cryptocurrency conversion, historical rate information, unit and clothing conversion, calculators, security utilities, Smart Input, explanations processed on your device, reminders, widgets and Apple Watch features. Some features require internet access, notification permission, a compatible device or system, or an active premium entitlement.

Converter X currently requires iOS 17 or later. Smart Input and certain features that use AI require a compatible device and may require a newer system version. Feature availability may vary by country, language, device and app version.

2. Eligibility and licence

You may use Converter X only in compliance with applicable law and the rules that apply to your Apple Account and device. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You receive a limited, personal and revocable licence to use Converter X for its intended purpose. This licence is not exclusive to you and you cannot transfer it. The app, brand, design, original copy, databases, selections and other protected elements belong to Codeeze Apps or their respective licensors.

3. Currency rates, charts and calculations

Exchange rates, cryptocurrency values, charts, statistics, alerts and conversions are provided for informational and convenience purposes. Rates may be delayed, rounded, unavailable, incomplete or different from prices offered by a bank, card issuer, exchange, merchant, broker or tax authority.

Converter X is not a financial institution, broker, exchange, accountant or tax adviser. Do not use the app as the sole basis for trading, tax reporting, pricing, contractual obligations or other financial decisions. Verify important values with the institution or professional responsible for the transaction.

Other calculators and converters also depend on the values you enter, selected standards and available reference data. Clothing sizes and regional conventions can vary by brand and manufacturer.

4. Smart Input and artificial intelligence on your device

On compatible Apple devices, Smart Input and Learn More AI use Apple Foundation Models on the device to interpret requests or explain selected conversions. Generated or interpreted results may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable assumptions.

Review the selected currencies, units, amounts and actions before relying on a result. Do not enter passwords, private encryption material or unnecessary sensitive information into Smart Input. AI features are optional convenience tools and do not replace professional judgment.

5. Premium access, subscriptions and advertising

Premium products and subscriptions are offered and billed through the Apple App Store. Product availability, price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, refund and Family Sharing behavior are governed by the terms shown by Apple at purchase and by mandatory consumer law.

Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We do not receive your full payment card number.

The free version may display advertising. Consent or privacy choices may be requested where required. Premium availability and feature limits may change prospectively, but changes do not remove rights already provided by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Converter X, interfere with its normal operation, bypass feature limits or security, distribute malicious content, use the service unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

• Do not copy, scrape, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works except where applicable law clearly permits it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to services, rate feeds, configuration systems or external integrations.
• Do not use the app or its outputs to mislead others about a price, exchange rate, security result or professional conclusion.

7. External services

Converter X depends on external platforms and providers, including Apple, Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, RevenueCat, Coinbase and other providers of exchange rates or market data. Those parties have their own terms and policies and may change services under their control.

Links or references to external services do not imply that we control or guarantee them. Network access, store availability, notification delivery, current market data and provider uptime may affect the app.

8. Availability, updates and ending use

We may fix, update, add, limit or retire features to improve Converter X, protect users, respond to provider changes, meet technical requirements or comply with law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perpetual support for every device or complete absence of errors.

You may stop using Converter X at any time. Because the app does not provide a Converter X user account, there is no app account to close. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app, subject to Apple platform behavior and any records independently held by providers such as the App Store or RevenueCat.

9. Warranties and liability

Converter X is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every value, conversion, chart, AI result or notification will be complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or from reliance on informational results.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, excluding rules about conflicts of law, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides different protection.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Converter X, its providers, technology or law. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Questions may be sent to codeeze@codeeze.com.
